Edwin Hoenderdos brings over 35+ years of commercial horticultural experience to growers of all kinds of crops. As CEO and Principal Consultant, he started HOVE International in 1990 bringing high end logistical solutions to greenhouse growers.
HOVE prides itself on providing the highest quality products with well thought out systems to create exceptional growing environments. The results are greater operational efficiencies and return on investment.
Edwin has personally been responsible for multi million dollar installations, as well as, more moderate projects where the grower is just starting up a new growing operation, resulting in over $50+ million in projects. His area of expertise is in designing the most optimal layout to gain labor, operational, growing environments, resulting in high yield and high returns on investment.
Prior to starting HOVE International, Hoenderdos was with Verbakel Bomkas, and JAVO USA responsible for sales management and selling turnkey greenhouse systems. Born in Haarlem The Netherlands, he started his career with Holland America, as a navigator on cruise ships. In 1975, become land based in Holland America's head office in New York City, managing their offices in Miami, Tampa and San Francisco. In 1979, he received an MBA from Fordham University, in New York City.
